SPECIFIC TECH INFORMATION

Controller comes with O2 Bypasses OX-032 and OX-033. Your stock O2 connections need to be disconnected and the bypasses installed.

NOTE: Harley's factory injector connectors look different than the Dobeck controller connections. Please make sure to try the connection as the different styles are identical to how they fit onto the injector.

Installation of Injector Harness is front and rear specific - Your bike is equipped with Harley's Engine Idle Temperature Management System (EITMS). When engine temperature exceeds 284° F, the EITMS will turn off the rear cylinder fuel injector. Idle speed will be maintained, however the rear cylinder will become an "air pump" which will work to cool the engine. Dobeck controllers power-up through our channel 1 injector connection. The connector pair with double pinned RED and YELLOW wires is channel 1 and should be connected to the FRONT cylinder. Click image to the right to view example.
